NIPER, Hyderabad is an autonomous body which has been established under the aegis of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, in the Government of India, to provide leadership in Pharmaceutical Sciences and other related areas. It admits students for M.S.(Pharm), M. Pharm., M.Tech.(Pharm). and PhD. programmes in various disciplines of Pharmaceutical Sciences every year. The Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad is its Mentor Institute for providing the institutional support in respect of its management and as a nodal point for the Ministry.

NIPER is conducting Walk-in-Interview for the following positions as under:

Associate Professor One(01)
(Pharmacology & Toxicology)

Ph.D with 1st class or equivalent at the  preceding degree in the appropriate branch with good academic record throughout and at
least 8 years of experience in  teaching/industrial/ research experience out of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent with strong background in molecular and cellular approach in testing new chemical entities in different therapeutic areas. Development of new vitro and animal models exposure to regulatory toxicology/histopathology and experience in interpretation of data from laboratory animal studies and experience in electrophysiology & clam techniques is desirable

Assistant Professor One(01)

3. Assistant Professor (Pharmaceutical Analysis) One(01)

Ph.D with 1st class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch/subject with good academic record throughout to and at least 3 to 5 years experience in teaching/industrial/research
experience with strong background in Analytical techniques in Pharmaceutical formulation using modern chromatography and
spectroscopic techniques, application of HPLC, LC/MS and mass fragmentation analysis, validation of new analytical methods to support development activity, familiarity with GMP, GLP and FDA regulation requirements. Experience in preparation of reference standard samples, synthesis and structure education and establishing impurity profiles of bulk drugs stab-stances is desirable.

4. Project Assistant Six (06)

55% and above marks in M.Sc in  (Chemistry/Biochemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Zoology/Microbiology)/M.Pharmacy with minimum 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical/academic/ research institutions to maintain Research Labs.

Age: Upper age limit will be reckoned as on the date of interview. As per GOI instructions the upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/Physically Handicapped and 3 years for OBC candidates

2) The remuneration is consolidated within the range. .
