ADMISSION TO M. Pharm (Part Time) 2008-2009

The eligibility criteria for admission to M. Pharm (Part Time) courses is regular B.Pharmacy degree of Punjab Technical University or its equivalent with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

(a) Each candidate desirous to take admission should send his / her application on the prescribed application form filled in his/ her own handwriting.
(b) Application form complete in all respects should be sent to the Chief-Coordinator, M. Tech admissions, Punjab Technical University, Ladowali Road Jalandhar-144001, so as to reach him on or before 11TH August, 2008 (1700 Hrs) Completed Application form can also be delivered by hand in the Admission Cell, Punjab Technical University, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar on or before the due date and time.
(c) APPLICATION NOT SUBMITTED ON THE PRESCRIBED APPLICATION FORM OR NOT IN THE CANDIDATES OWN HANDWRITING OR NOT SUPPORTED BY THE REQUISITE ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS / CERTIFICATES OR INCOMPLETE APPLICATION IN ANY OTHER MANNER AND RECEIVED AFTER THE DUE DATE / TIME WILL BE REJECTED. ALL DOWN LOADED APPLICATION FORMS MUST ACCOMPANY A BANK DRAFT OF RS. 500/- FAVORING OF REGISTRAR, PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, PAYABLE AT JALANDHAR.
