ADMISSION NOTICE FOR BPharm COURSES-2010
The Banaras Hindu University will hold All India COMPETITIVE WRITTEN TEST for admission to and BPharm. (33 seats) courses in ONE stage: PMT-2010 Screening.
PMT-2010 SCREENING shall be held on Wednesday, the 12th May 2010 at Varanasi, Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad Centres. For BDS/BAMS/BPharm courses, candidates will be selected on the basis of their merit in the PMT-2010 SCREENING only.
ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS-Passed Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together;
(ii) For BPharm – a minimum of 60% marks for General, OBC and respective PC candidates and 55% aggregate marks for SC/ST and respective PC candidates. Candidates appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.
DISTRIBUTION OF SEATS: BPharm (33 seats): General – 17; OBC – 9; SC – 5 and ST – 2. Three percent seats are reserved for Physically Challenged (PC) candidates in all the categories of the above courses.

Application form duly completed must be sent through Registered Post so as to reach THE DIRECTOR (PMT CELL), INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY, VARANASI-221 005 latest by TUESDAY, the 9th March 2010 till 5.00 PM.
