Qualification: Ist Class M.Sc. OR Equivalent in Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical Sciences with a minimum of 13 yrs research experience OR with 10 years research experience after obtaining Ph. D degree in relevant areas.

Interested candidates fulfilling the above conditions may apply in the prescribed proforma which can be downloaded from www.iiim.res.in/www.rrljammu.org with an application fee of Rs. 100/-( US $ 25 in case of candidates applying from abroad ) payable by D.D. in favour of Director, IIIM, Jammu. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories or Council employees are exempted from payment of fee. Separate application forms should be submitted for each post for candidates who wish to apply for more than one post. Completed applications in all respects, supported by attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications, experience certificates, caste certificate issued by the competent authority (in the case of SC/ST/OBC, etc.) along with one recent passport size photo affixed(duly signed on the photo) , together with an application fee as stated above may be sent in an envelope mentioning “Application for the post of (__________________), Post Code ____________) “to the Director, Indian institute of Integrative Medicine , Canal Road, Jammu (Tawi) 180001 so as to reach on or before 21.07.2008. Applications received after the last date are liable to be rejected. The upper age limit will be reckoned as on 21.07.2008 which is relaxable as per Govt. orders in force from time to time in respect of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates and Council servants. Relaxation of upper age limit of 5 years is also applicable for persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of J& K during the period of 1.1.1980 to 31.12.1989 subject to production of a certificate [ certificate must be attached with the application] from the District Magistrate in whose jurisdiction he/she had ordinarily resided OR from any other authority designated in this behalf by the Govt. of J & K State. Number of posts in particular area may increase or decrease at the time of selection.
